In the blog I explore about enlist of departments which works for both product based and service based business ventures like companies, industries and moreover to say that if we do not include these departments in our business ventures there is no value in market and the companies face a lot of down growth where compare to their competitors.

Example : If one company do not have research and development team the company will never release a dynamic product which customer needs in market .

As well as second point to say that if company doesn’t have a sales and marketing team their no promotions of their products to do in market beside that there is vast decline of sales performance.

Subsequently if the company or industry doesn’t have labour and logistics teams they will face problem in manufacture unit and dispatching works. So final point to spell out that every group of team is important in product based company  As well as service based companies in every business venture.

1.Research and development:

The Research and development Team is a Foundation pillar for all companies in every sector which present in market. Because this team creates from ideas to customer need products.

Besides that this department involves to exploring new concepts and understanding what customer requirement is there.

So According to  that the companies will utilize this research and development to work in four stages like bringing idea, Analyzing the market for past ,present ,future about product along with they do improvement step by step and they  check quality assurance  and develop solutions to product.

Moreover when the product complete of all stages of research and development works the company will start  a marketing strategies to get brand intention from customer and launch their product in market.

Example : the electronic product based company like apple  will create a lot of products like mobiles, laptops, tabs and smart watches and make them interlink connection with one to one device it mean every features will get in all devices.

2. Product Manufacturing and Service Developing program:

My dear comrades in this department there is two way of explanations first one is product based point of view and second way is service based point of view .So don’t get confuse I will give detailed information in both point of ways.

2.1 Manufacturing (Product Based):

Manufacturing is the second backbone to every product based companies. Because in this manufacturing the raw material transforms into a good value added  product.

As well as there is several works will happen like product designing ,product packing ,quality checking and packaging after complete of all this process the company will start to supply their distribution chain network.

2.2 Service Based:

Coming to service based model there is list of companies where depends on building digital software related programs to generate revenue and those companies say that getting projects we considered as backbone of our company to get better growth in market. Because when other business client or common man  give a projects to our company we can kept target with some time duration by dividing teams to complete their project within time and submit to client as soon as possible.

Example: 1.Forward to digital marketing, In this case when one common man go to digital marketing agency.

The company will ask all details about client company and take customer requirements what he/she need to promote in market after that the digital agency demonstrate about their services and budget to clients .

So now finally the digital marketing agencies create one team for that project and divide work task for every employee in that team.

3. Sales Team:

The sales team is third pillar of business venture. Because this team play crucial role in companies and industries due to connecting of products to customers. Moreover to say that the sales team build relationships with customers to incline loyalty, satisfaction. In addition the sales team following some activities like listening when customer speaks, personal meetup with customers as well as follow up regularly.

After getting strong relation bond with customers the sales team will communicate about their product and its value by giving clear message and showing testimonials of other customers. Alongside the team shares other customer stories to them.

 Guys Here we need to know about sales person. Because, when the sales person have full training , knowledge and some sales techniques about product like value, features and customer requirement at this time the person he/she employee gets strong confidence to boost up sales performance.

This sales team also tie-up with every department in company its must and should mandatory to them because when they follow and link with marketing department they get updates  and data from marketing team it means where campaigns are running , where testimonials are getting like this data they was given. After that from research and development team is important to give data about new launch of products to sales employee.

As well as from accounts teams  also linkup with sales employee to clear all and update all business transactions in account software.

4. Marketing Team:

The marketing is fourth pillar of business venture. Because if their no marketing team for company or industry automatically they will face huge losses in their business. The company is at any position it means they are small capital or medium or multinational business whatever it is they need to follow marketing subject by hiring and creating of marketing team they need to do target promotions.

The marketing team will play vital role in every business venture because this department only do the promotions and  convey about our products to world market to get brand intention on both product and company.

Moreover to say that these team will utilize  variant marketing strategies. But mainly they will use online digital marketing and on ground marketing to get huge audience.

5.Accounts Team :

Stepping into The accounts team it is fifth pillar of every business model. Because this team manages all over balance sheet data from company.

This team will update frequently inward and outward data in company. And this team will update all purchase, sales, returns and payments in account maintaining software’s. Along with they track all data time to time to give invoice statements for payments.

6.Human Resource management:

Dear Viewers jumping into this human resource management team it is sixth pillar of every business venture. Because these team take majority responsible of company and play key role in business.

Subsequently there is list of responsible activities which taken by this team and maintain in organic way to get boost up performance in company. Those activities are

1.This team will take recruitment of employees and gibe job posting in their several departments.

2. This team will build employee relations and solves issues among them to communicating both sides to give better mutual understanding as well as encourage and motivate them

3. This team will give training and development to employee and explain the employee position, value and support.

4.This team will take responsibility about employee in health and safety.

7. Labour Team :

Coming to labour team it is 7^th pillar in every business venture .

These team will do all activities in manufacturing unit. And those works are cleaning, packing and packaging .these team play a major vital role in companies as well as industries because if there is no labour team the companies can not survive.

8. Transport Team :

This team is t 8^th pillar of every business venture.

This team mainly do function of shipping it means dispatching orders and collect of returns from supply chain network.
