Dear viewers I explain now .what is franchise business model by taking one company example ok. So coming to point there is one person who started food related items like pizza outlet store and they providing different types of pizzas for both vegetarians and non vegetarians’ customers.

However by eating pizzas the customers giving positive feedbacks to them. After that customers are increasing day by day. So now as usually by seeing customer base the pizza outlet company also making promotions, marketing strategies to get brand intention.

Subsequently after getting brand intention for pizza company . They were decide to start give franchise business opportunity for all common people with keeping certain amount deposit to them  .

So now when a common man pay deposit money to Pizza Company. The outlet store provides cooking formulas store design patterns and all other documents to franchise taken person and give all guidelines to do business.

2. Freemium Business Model:

This business model is very unique in all over areas and we can see this type of business structure only in digital based markets. Guys I think you get confused at this point. So don’t worry I clarify you doubts by saying demo

There is one app like canva which is design related app and website.

So now in these app they build all options where we can create logo designs, YouTube thumbnails, posters flyers, banners and other  social media related works to complete. As usually every app keep premium option for upgrade features in their app .

So the canva also kept some pricing for premium features to use in their app. Now final point to say every app or website they provide some features for free and remaining for pricing

3.Subscription Business Model:

 Dear comrades I think you know about the subscription business model .Anyway if you have a idea about these nothing to worry incase if you don’t know I explain briefly to everyone. Now jump into the topic Guys ok this subscription business category is widely spread into many sectors and this model use both digital and offline market.

Here don’t get confuse I give explanation with examples in separate way.

3.1 Coming to digital subscription business model.

In these business type the company create one app or website and they provide content like movies,webseries example: Amazon Prime, Netflix these known as  OTT platforms and the app company keep subscription option.

If the common man pay subscription amount they can access to watch movies,and all other content videos.

3.2 Forward to offline subscription model :

This model also you can understand in easy way. If suppose one person start a gym setup  and give awareness about health and fitness guidelines to customers and make some plans like monthly ,quarterly, halfyearly and annual fee subscription and generate revenues from customer subscription fee amounts.

4. User Generated Content Business model:

Friends coming to these business model it is very unique type and its totally based on digital platforms. Just wait couple of seconds I describe with detailed to you with example.

One person build a app for content creators and in these app he give options to upload images, videos, live streaming and short clips . So now the content creators have a chance to take opportunity and select content to create the  images,videos and short clips according to their script .

After that they will come to these platforms and upload contents what they created. So now this app will show a lot of content to public in between that the app will play company ads. Moreover to say that the company also get revenue from their premium options like Verified tick mark, Zero ads, and other boosting promotions

Example : Facebook, YouTube, Instagram

Hence these model we called as user generated business model

5. Government To Business (G2B):

In these business model the government gives projects to public as a business opportunity in a tender method for certain amount of budget and if people complete the government project. So the government sanctions the amount and pay to business contractors. Dear viewers I give demonstrate with example ok.

The government initially release tenders in all sectors like oil ,construction. After that the government send notice to related companies like if it oil sector the notice will be send to reliance company, or if it is construction sector the notice will be send IRB infrastructure, Larsen &Turbo Companies and finally the auction programs will be happen . So in that auction which company will bid the highest price among all people who are participated . And that company will select by government to handover project.

6. Citizen to Government (C2G):

In this business model the common people do the business with government.

Guys don’t get panic I will simplify in easy way to you with example.

If one person cultivate one premium crop like Turmeric or chill or cotton after harvest the person will supply to government society market and sale their crop to government for minimum support price whatever price given by the government.

These business model we should called as a citizen to government (C2G)

7.Product As a Service Business model:

Dear comrades this type of business model is very unique way , Because in these structure the products used as a service to generate revenues from customer .

I give detailed example ok . If one person buy 10 cars and give 1to8 between days rental for families, friends for purpose of trips to go And the car rental owner charge amount every 24hours for certain price whatever they kept . But Guys here we know car is Product and rental comes as a service. So both together we should called as a Product Service Business model.
